Our United Way is proud to partner with the Home Depot Foundation to provide renovation projects to our area veterans. Projects have included repairing subfloors, installing new bathrooms and kitchens, adding ramps and porches to homes, landscaping and pressure washing, and so much more. Local businesses also partner with us by donating labor and/or supplies.
All beneficiaries of this program have proudly served in one of the branches of our armed forces and received an honorable discharge and/or retirement.
