Thank you for your interest in the Lake Martin Wedding & Event Expo. This page has important information and links for Vendors. This is a Rain or Shine event.
Event Location: The Mitchell House at Lake Martin (375 W Columbus St, Dadeville AL 36853)
Date: Sunday, February 23, 2025
Event Times: 1:00pm - 3:00pm (vendor set up begins at 10:30am)
** All vendor and sponsor fees are considered a donation to the Lake Martin Area United Way and are therefore tax-deductible as allowed by law. No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend. Donation letters for your vendor booth will be sent out after the event date. **
Vendor Booths $75
includes: (1) 5 ft table/booth space; promotion on all social media; contact information included in event program given to all attendees
** ALL Vendors should plan to bring a minimum quantity of 100 promotional materials / business cards to have at their booth **
Event Program ONLY $25
includes: Contact information will be included in the event program only; vendors may also provide business cards or promotional materials to be put out at the event for attendees to pick up on site
A donation of a door prize or Silent Auction item (value $100+) is encouraged at this level to help bring awareness to your business.
Event Sponsorships $500
includes: booth, 5 event tickets, sponsorship mentioned in the Wedding edition of the LAKE Magazine OR The Outlook, logo on all marketing material, and promotion on all social media for the event. CONTACT Courtney directly at 256-329-3600 if you are interested in Sponsoring.
